Answers to FAQs:
- We try to send the same cleaners each and every time. However with illness, vacation time and unforeseen schedule changes it is not always possible.
- The best is if you can meet them. If that is not possible, a key hidden or a garage door code will do it.
- Picking up clutter and making sure the sink is empty will make it easier to clean and ensure a better job. We do not pick up feces from your pet.
- Dogs, if prone to biting must be left outside or in a room we will not be cleaning. We need to know if you have a cat that must stay inside.
- That's not a problem. Please let us know at least the day before.
- At this time a check or cash is OK. We will be taking credit cards in the near future.
- In that rare instance, we will re-clean that area.
- We bring our own supplies and equipment. But we will use yours if you wish.
- I will not let my employees move washers/dryers or refers. Also heavy furniture.
